WEST COAST RAIL & SEA

On this tour we experience Canada's Rocky Mountains, the beauty of British Columbia, the wonderful cities of Vancouver and Los Angeles and a relaxing few days at sea - quite a wide range of experiences!

We begin our holiday with a 2-night stay in a centrally located hotel in Los Angeles. The city of Hollywood glamour, palm lined beaches and Beverley Hills is always a fun place to visit. During our stay here we will enjoy 2 tours in “The City of Angels”.

After our stay in Los Angeles we board our cruise ship for a 3-night cruise up the west coast to Vancouver. Our ship, the Island Princess, is a luxurious floating resort with swimming pools, dance and aerobic classes, organized activities and games, professional nightly entertainment and 24-hour dining. From the many comfortable lounges you may relax and enjoy the passing views of rugged coastlines and imposing mountain ranges. Guestrooms are well equipped with two beds and private bathroom (shower only). Choose between an inside cabin, an outside cabin or a cabin with balcony.

After our cruise we enjoy an overnight and city tour in Vancouver, and then we board the Rocky Mountaineer for a 2-day journey. Considered one of the world's most spectacular rail journeys, the train follows the path of early explorers as it meanders over trestle bridges, follows rivers, passes waterfalls and everywhere, of course, are the glacier-clad mountains. While aboard, your attendant will entertain you with interesting commentary and ensure your comfort.
Our rail journey ends in Jasper National Park - 4,200 square miles of scenic splendor. We will enjoy a 2-night stay here, and our touring will include spectacular Maligne Canyon and Maligne Lake, plus the awesome Columbia Icefields.

Our western experience ends with a 2-night stay in Banff, in the heart of the Rockies, where the Sulphur Mountain Gondola Lift will provide us with the view of a lifetime.
